Quotas, resets, and upgrades
The rules that actually affect your bill.
What counts as a draft?
Generate and Regenerate — including when you stop a draft part-way through streaming. Edits, copies, captures, and fit scoring never count against the quota.
Do unused drafts roll over?
No. Each period starts fresh at your plan's quota.
When does the free quota reset?
On the 1st of the month at 00:00 America/Chicago.
When does a paid quota reset?
At the start of each Stripe billing period.
What happens when I upgrade from Starter to Pro?
Immediately. Your billing period and reset date stay as they are, drafts already used carry over, and Stripe prorates the difference.
What happens when I move from Free to a paid plan?
A new billing period starts at checkout and your draft counter restarts at zero.
Is the Agency limit a hard cap?
Yes — Agency stops at 2,000 drafts a month rather than billing overage. If you need more, email info@merxcorp.com.
Can Leads send outreach for me?
No. Leads drafts; you copy, paste, and send on Upwork or LinkedIn yourself. There is no auto-apply or auto-send on any plan.
